Passport to Adaptive Outdoor Adventures Scholarship Program
INTRODUCTION
Each year Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. awards scholarships to individuals who would not otherwise be able to participate without financial aid. We are proud of the fact that No one has ever been denied the opportunity to participate in our adaptive outdoor programs due to an inability to pay. In fact, all of our participants receive partial to full scholarships.
Scholarship monies are made available through the generosity alumni and friends to our Therapeutic Adventures Scholarship program. We also seek out specific grant funding for our programs. Many of our program graduates realize the benefit of their experiences with Therapeutic Adventures and they continue to give back by volunteering to further our mission. Our partnerships with other non-profit organizations and our creative use of trained volunteers enable Therapeutic Adventures to keep our program expenses to a minimum.
Full tuition scholarships are rare. Please do not apply for a higher dollar amount than you need!
How to Apply for a
Therapeutic Adventures Scholarship Passport to Adaptive Outdoor Adventures
All scholarship applications are reviewed upon receipt. While there is no specific application deadline, Therapeutic Adventures scholarship funds are limited and are awarded on a first come, first served basis taking into consideration individual needs. Please apply as soon as possible.
Applications will be reviewed within two days of receipt of the completed application. When a decision has been made, a notification letter will be mailed from our Admissions Office. In addition, all applicants will be notified by telephone or email as soon as possible.
