James Damron, "Chubby" as he is fondly referred to by all who know him, is a leader who regularly motivates his team of TJTU members to serve as volunteers. Leading by example, Chubby mobilizes fly fishermen and fly fisherwomen to share their artful skills and love of the sport with others.

Bryce is a 2002 graduate University of Virginia School of Architecture, and long time volunteer with our winter programs at Massanutten Adaptive Snow Sports. Bryce donated hundreds of hours of service to design and develop Independence Lodge, our future home.
